Natasha’s Sprouted Buckwheat Salad
I love my online community, and the people I follow on their sites and youtube give me motivation and inspiration every day. One of my list toppers is Natasha St. Michael from Raw Radiant Health because she is always informative and positive. Here is a salad she just shared on her blog that I can’t wait to try. I know I’ll love any variation of herb salads with grains, like tabbouleh. I love them!! This one really seems like a different flavor too, so I’ll let you know when I do make it, but I thought I’d share the love and let you know- if you don’t watch youtubers, you’re missing out on a huge free resource for recipes, connections, ideas, and entertainment. I’ll post again soon with a list of my favorite people so you can check them out. There’s certainly someone out there for everyone’s style. It almost inspires me to make a youtube channel of my own. Almost.
Here’s the video blog post, and you can find more videos of Natasha talking about health, making recipes, and even teaching you how to sprout grains right on her blog and youtube. But here is the recipe:
Sprouted Buckwheat Salad
1 1/2 Cups Buckwheat (soaked and sprouted- click here to see how to soak & sprout)

1/4 Cup Cilantro (chopped)
